The ignorant are hypnotized
by stolen words that mesmerize.
But do those who plagiarize
are really all that wise?
In time, their cover shall be minimized...
In ways only to jeopardize
the beauty of surprise.
Maybe then they'll realize
that art's what they've brutalized.
